Purchasing Products

Buy The Yearbook home page. Search for your school by entering the School ID or search using the state, city, and school name.

Your school’s purchasing page will display any products you are offering. If you are not offering ads or the ability for community members to submit photos to your staff, the option to purchase them will not display in your store.

The checkout screen will show all items that have been added to the cart. Apply a discount code, if your school has created one.

Enter in your billing address and payment information, then click Place My Order. Your yearbook will be delivered during your school’s distribution day. Check with your school for more information.

When your ad is ready to be submitted to the yearbook staff, click Send to Yearbook. Then, check the box acknowledging you read and proofed your work.

If you have already created an account, log in before you shop. This creates an order history so you can print a receipt as you get closer to your school’s distribution day.

  1. The first step is to find your school. Enter a school ID or select the state, city and school name from the drop down lists. Click Let’s Go to view products your school is offering.

  2. The school’s name and location displays and available products such as yearbooks or ads. If your school is receiving photo contributions, you’ll also see that here too.

        • To purchase a yearbook, click the purchase yearbooks image.

            • Enter the name and grade of the recipient.

            • Some schools may offer a personalized cover. If you’d like to add personalization, check the box next to the type of personalization, enter the recipient’s name, and add up to four icons, when applicable.

            • After making your selection, click Add to Cart.

        • To purchase a student or business ad, click the Buy Ads image.

            • Choose either Personal or Business Ads, if both are being offered by your school.

            • When choosing a Personal Ad, enter the recipient’s name and select his/her grade and click Next.

            • From the menu, select the ad size and then click Next.

  3. To checkout, click on Go to Cart or click My Cart at the top of the page.

  4. Review your order, and apply a discount code if your school is offering one. Click, Checkout Now.
  5. Enter your billing information and payment details. Verify all information is correct and click Place Order.

  6. A message may display indicating a partial match for the address entered has been found. Select the address that most closely matches the billing address for this card and click Use this Address & Continue.

  7. Take a moment to read the delivery message from your school and click Next.

  8. The details of your order will display and an order confirmation email is sent. Download a PDF to print the receipt.

  9. If you created an account, view your Order History at any time from My Account. Click Details to view and print a receipt.

  10. If you bought an ad and want to get started on creating it, go to My Account and click My Ad. If necessary, select your school from the drop-down list. Remember to pay special attention to your school’s deadline for accepting ads.
